Short Walks

When: 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 10.30 am
Where: Varies

Some walks are held in the countryside near Croydon (Kent or Surrey) and others have been in the South London area. Accordingly, we use cars or public transport as appropriate – car sharing is encouraged as some of our regular Group walkers have no transport.

Our walks are generally circular of about 4-5 miles and always end near a café or pub for an optional lunch. Previous walks have ranged from visiting the estate of Hampton Court Palace to more recently a walk across the Rotherhithe peninsula to Greenwich.
